Neighborhoods from Twentynine Palms Highway to the south, Amboy to the north, Bullion Avenue to the west and Utah Trail to the east were still closed to through traffic at 1:30 p.m. Sunday for the investigation into Guy Edward Bartkus, suspected of setting off a car bomb in Palm Springs yesterday.
