•Prices up 4.6% YoY, 5-yr growth rate over 11%

•Sales volume down ~10% (higher interest rates slowing buyers)

•Acreage sold up 4.5% thanks to some large tracts

•Biggest price jump: West TX (+16.8%)

•Strong growth also in Gulf Coast & NE TX

•Outlook: Prices holding strong—only small dips forecast ahead 👀

👉 Overall: Fewer sales, but prices remain resilient.

I was born and raised in Troup and graduated from Carlisle. After high school, I spent 2 years on the pipeline working alongside my husband. Eventually, I decided to take a new path and follow my passion for real estate.
