Just starting the planning for a fundraiser vendor fair benefiting Brownsboro's PeacefulPaws Rescue Inc. I will need donated space for the event in Brownsboro or Chandler, vendors (estimating a $25 table fee all Go ng to the rescue) , donations for a silent auction and maybe a musician or a two to donate their time , if the event space allows for it. For my 2024 QE Furreal TikTok Challenge I'm debating three options to raise funds for the Athens Animal Shelter... A pet centered vendor event with or without a silent auction (need a donated event space, vendors, entertainment possibly and donations for the auction),
a wine and cheese tasting from East Texas wineries and cheese makers with entertainment and a silent auction (free venue, wineries and cheese makers, entertainers and donations for the auction) or just a basket or two of donated goodies I can give the shelter for the to raffle off. Thoughts? Any businesses or entertainers willing to donate their space, time, products for my fundraiser?

Wondering if I could have tables at local vendor events showcasing my print on demand online store with a QR code that brings people to my stores website and displaying pictures of my products as a slideshow on a digital photo frame or two, not actually having physical products at the event?
