Hello. Just wishing you and yours a peaceful holiday season. Been kinda quiet and/or sad for awhile.

I read that one the reasons we shut down is because we are primarily giving our attention to things that disturb or concern us, or break our hearts. So, seeking to focus on what I love. And to be grateful.

Perhaps a good idea for all of us in the midst of navigating this wild world. So basically—Trying to emerge from my little cave where I’ve been emotionally hibernating and staring in awe at the state of the world. 💙
