We’re feeding people. Every single day. No days off.

We just committed to three meals a day, every day, for the next several days, partnering with the Red Cross. That’s real food, real relief, real hunger being met — right now.

Here’s the reality: it takes real dollars to keep this going. We’re feeding people for $3 a meal. Show me anywhere else you can feed someone a real meal for that. It costs us about $2,000 a day to keep the mission running.

We’re not backing down. We’re not slowing down. But we need your help to keep the fire going.

Closing the doors on another day, but not before feeding over 600 people in the last 24 hours. 🔥

That’s the mission — every single day. But it comes at a real cost: it takes about $2,000 a day to keep these meals going out, and right now we’re knitting the funds together to keep the fire lit.

This week we failed. Smoking Pastor Project ran out of meat at a catering — no excuses, we just ran out. Then our smoker shut off overnight, so 6AM found me buying hotdogs.

I’ve always said we don’t serve hotdogs, we offer something better because our neighbors deserve dignity. But this week I learned something: sometimes what I was calling “dignity” was really just pride.

Failing is human. Staying humble through it — that’s the work.
