Y’all ever comment on a post and suddenly a faceless account (usually a man) pops up, clearly triggered, trying to tear you down just because you agreed? Happens to me online all the time 😆

Here’s the pattern:
Men with low morals love to weaponize words. First, you’re “attractive enough to be a side chick,” then when you don’t play along, suddenly you’re “ugly.” The truth is, beautiful women get labeled like that because small men want to control what they can’t have.

But let’s be real — a man of high moral character wouldn’t even fathom side chicks. That’s an extra bill, an extra liability, and not truly profitable long-term. Kings don’t divide their throne. 👑

And the gag is… I get told I’m pretty more online and in real life. ✨

✨ It’s the witching hour again — that sacred window between 2–6 AM when the veil is thin and Spirit speaks the loudest.

Tonight, in my silence, I found myself reflecting on these last 19 years: the transformations, awakenings, betrayals both seen and unseen, and the battles I’ve had to fight — some loud, some quiet.

I asked God and my ancestors, “Why was I chosen to go through all of this so young?”

In that moment, my clairaudience gift answered back with a song I’ve known since childhood: “Break Every Chain” by Tasha Cobbs.

That was the confirmation. I never lost my faith in God — but hearing those words reminded me why everything I’ve endured happened: I was chosen to break chains in my bloodline.

I am my ancestors’ prayer answered. And I’m not done yet. 🔗✨🙏🏽

My curls used to be straight up TRASH 🗑️😭 I thought my wash-and-go was tea… but it was really a wash and NO 💀.

Back then, I was 4 years into my natural hair journey, frying my curls with way too much heat and wondering why the definition wasn’t giving.

Now that I’ve upgraded my products + techniques, I can finally laugh about it — but the glow up is REAL ✨

✨ Lesson learned: the real glow starts when you let go of old habits (and dusty products). 💅🏽

I used to side-eye prebiotic sodas 👀 but I finally gave them a chance, and wow… game changer.

Since cleaning my diet back up, I’ve been swapping chemical loaded sodas for Olipop. Same nostalgic soda flavors we all grew up on — but with prebiotics to support gut health, digestion, and overall wellness. ✨

So far, I’ve tried:

Transparency post: whenever I think about what I went through last yr with my health I get emotional like anxious tears and fast heartbeat. Cause it started off as a nightmare my first month and half of my three month stay at the first hospital( S.Regional ) I had a FEW good Doctors and nurses. The majority was horrible. Mentally it did a number on me and a slew of other stuff. Wasn’t until I got transfered thanks to my family for advocating for me -my mom made it happen w/ her research and connections - to Decatur Emory where I found some peace and hope.

Ik I gotta do better as I skipped my treatments for almost a yr focused on work ( i just found a primary that can help me get back on track ). But Ik I don’t wanna be back at that state I was in . It brought me back to when I was a child when we had no answers for a long time. Except this time we still have very little to none .

The top advice I can give to a younger lady embarking on her journey into womanhood:
1. Be selfish. Because you won’t get that body back, the years, opportunity back sometimes. You’re not obligated to mold yourself for anyone especially if it isn’t beneficial for you. Yes know when to not be selfish but do not compromise yourself . Live life for you. Not for outward validation.
2. Do not be afraid of being called a B***h: it’s better to be called that than a pushover and a walkover. Why? Because it shows you’ve got standards for your life which in turn others must comply or be gone.
