After year of hard work and discipline, it’s complete! Prior to this year I had a story of five years of setbacks that motivated me to push through when things were tough or inconvenient. Along the way this year I had an emergency appendectomy that could have derailed me, but I said not this time! I’m glad I did it! I think I am going to miss it. It’s a discipline and mental toughness program more than it’s a fitness and physical toughness program.
