Finishing Phase 2 of Live Hard (the extended version of 75 Hard) is all a part of my comeback tour after the emergency appendectomy I had in August. Back in July I was in the best shape I have been in since college football, but in August I nearly died! But today I’m getting stronger!

Rocked through “Phase 1” and now I have a mandatory break until I can start “Phase 2”. I am going to switch from my 5-6 Days weight lifting split to a 3-Day split and do other outdoor activities or workouts on the other days. I will probably make a video later on why I am doing the Full Live Hard Year after having completed 75 Hard back in 2021
