✨What does home mean to you? Join us for a day honoring artist Aminah Robinson and reflecting on her life, legacy, and art. Free Admission ALL DAY‼️ Just Register Link in bio‼️
With the holidays soon upon us, what comes to mind when you think of home? Join us for a day filled with the ultimate kickback vibes. Enjoy that feeling of nostalgia just like visiting grandmom’s and or that favorite uncle’s house you loved as a kid during the summer or winter. Get lost in art as we spend the day honoring artist Aminah Robinson and reflecting on her life and art that often revolved around the theme of home. Try making your own hogmawg, a clay-like mixture she made to create her sculptures, or enjoy a story reading of one of her books. Bask in the harmonies of vocalist & her band during a live jam session while journeying back to your youth with an option to partake in a Double Dutch performance by . It’s a day to celebrate community, artistic expression, and our newest special exhibition,Aminah Robinson: Journeys Home, A Visual Memoir.
