Spinach Dip in a Pumpernickel Bread Bowl
This is my family’s favorite dip! It was always a tradition to have it during the holidays at Derek’s house. His mom would make it every year. So I carried on that tradition after she passed away.
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz container of sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 bag or box of frozen chopped spinach
1 package of Knorr Vegetable Mix
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook the spinach according to the package and then drain well.
2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, sour cream, mayo and vegetable mix.
3. Cut the top off of the pumpernickel bread and scoop out the inside. Save those pieces for dipping.
4. Fill the inside with the dip and then enjoy!
