SENTENCED: 29 to 58 Years’ Incarceration

Daniel Wolfe, 62, previously pleaded guilty to numerous offenses including Solitication - R**e of a Child. Wolfe attempted to arrange a s*xual encounter with a 7-year-old child and communicated with whom he believed to be the child's father; in reality, the "father" was an undercover agent. This individual was brought to justice through the joint efforts of the FBI and Detective Patton of the Connellsville Police Department.

Emergency crews are on scene of a horrific accident on Rt. 40 near the Yough Lake in Fayette County.
State police say at least 3 people have died in the crash that involved a tractor trailer and two passenger vehicles.

CHARGED: R**e of a Child

Joseph Dean Martin, 28, is accused of having s*xual in*******se on numerous occasions with a 12-year-old child he previously resided with. Martin has been denied bail, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 15, 2025.

* All defendants are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
