Terry Newland, 58, and Alysha Riggans, 30, are accused of conspiring to kill Ralph Brown, 71, with whom they resided with in the City of Uniontown. Brown’s body was discovered yesterday along an active railway near Kerr Street. They are currently charged with Criminal Homicide and Conspiracy

A Smock man is accused of abusing his 5-year-old daughter on multiple occasions. 33-year-old Dylan Maust, has been charged with aggravated assault of a child under 6, simple assault, and harassment. Police began investigating after a July report about possible abuse at a home on Reppert Boulevard in North Union Township. The child reportedly told an investigator that her father “hits me a lot because I’m bad,” after a red mark was seen on her face. Doctors later found additional bruising, and Fayette County Children and Youth Services temporarily removed three children from the home during the investigation. Authorities said the child later indicated her parents told her not to talk about the bruising, and a letter from CYS determined abuse had occurred. Charges were authorized by District Attorney Mike Aubele in November. No bond or preliminary hearing date had been set so far.

Randy Carl Moore, 47, was previously convicted in a December jury trial for numerous offenses against a child, including Statutory Sexual Assault, which occurred when the victim was between the ages of 13 and 15. This matter was investigated by Trooper Madden of PSP - Uniontown and prosecuted by ADA Tyler Shultz.

Braeden Dickinson has been extradited back to PA from Maryland to face homicide charges.
He was wanted by police after allegedly shooting and killing Lemaur Thompson Jr. in Uniontown.
This is his mug shot from the Fayette County Jail.
He was arrested by local and federal agencies in Baltimore last week.
