We take a lot of pride in how clean our diner is. ❤️ After almost 21 years, we still work hard to keep it looking just as clean and cared for as the day we opened.

A huge reason for that is my mom, Colleen. From day one, she taught us exactly how things should be cleaned—and those standards still stand today. 😂🧽✨

Soup season is coming, so I had to bring out my version of Army Base Stew 🍲🔥 Also known as Korean Army Stew or budae jjigae, it got its name because it was created in Korea after the war using foods that were available around U.S. military bases—things like Spam, hot dogs, beans, noodles, and spicy broth.

It’s also had a big viral moment online, and I totally understand why. 😂 My version has its own little spin, but if you like hearty, cozy, slightly spicy comfort food, this is definitely one to try this fall! 🍜❤️
