While trick-or-treating, students observe how fog forms and explore the environmental changes it causes using simple weather tools. A fun and engaging way to introduce the science behind fog and how we measure it! (Grades K-2)

Have students watch the clip from Weather Hunters “Foggy Trick or Treat” to discover how fog is formed. Then use the activity to deepen their knowledge about the topic. NOTE: The video and document assets are also available in Spanish.
