🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET 9/11

Today, we pause to remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the countless families, friends and communities forever changed by that day.

We remember the courage of the first responders, the selflessness of ordinary people who stepped forward to help, and the strength shown across our country in the days that followed.

25 years later, their stories, their sacrifice and their memory still matter.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

🚨 2026 PENNSYLVANIA USA LACROSSE ALL-ACADEMIC HONOREES‼️🥍📚

PA Lax News is proud to share the 2026 Pennsylvania boys’ and girls’ USA Lacrosse All-Academic honorees.

While these selections were originally announced by USA Lacrosse on July 8, we waited to compile as complete and accurate of a statewide list as possible across Pennsylvania’s regional chapters.

A USA Lacrosse All-Academic honoree is recognized as a player who exhibits exemplary lacrosse skills, demonstrates good sportsmanship on the field and represents high standards of academic achievement in the classroom.

One note: we are still awaiting the official announcement of the Western PA Boys area honorees. We have reached out multiple times but have not received a new update, and the USA Lacrosse website has not yet been updated. Those spots are listed as TBA for now, and we will post an update if/when the Western PA Boys nominees get finalized.

Swipe through to view the Pennsylvania honorees. 👀

Congratulations to all selected on an outstanding achievement both on the field and in the classroom. 👏

🚨 2028 ELLA ANDREWS COMMITS TO LEHIGH‼️🥍

Academy of Notre Dame 2028 Ella Andrews has verbally committed to continue her academic and athletic career at Lehigh University.

Andrews, who plays club for HHH Philly, becomes Pennsylvania’s third known girls lacrosse commitment in the Class of 2028.

A two-sport varsity athlete, Andrews made an early impact as a freshman before missing her sophomore season after suffering an ACL injury in July 2025. During that time, she stayed connected as a supportive teammate and leader while continuing to grow through the recovery process.

Now back on the recruiting radar, Andrews is headed to the Patriot League with the Mountain Hawks.

Congratulations to Ella Andrews on her commitment to Lehigh.
