From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a spectacular view of the Gulf, the luxury of a top-tier home, and the elegant simplicity of a thoughtfully designed layout. The home’s cleanliness reflects care and class. It is decorated exquisitely with a beach motif that feels both stylish and inviting. The layout is ultra-functional for families and the gathering nature of beach trips—yet it’s just as perfect for a couple’s escape.
The kitchen is well equipped with superior appliances, labeled cupboards, and drawers—a bonus for anyone who has ever said, “Where is the…?” The bedroom layout is functional, comfortable, and well-appointed. You’ll love the comfort, views, and quiet charm of the master suites.
The single-floor layout makes everything accessible while still feeling spacious. The laundry area is roomy and well equipped as well. The massive deck is perfect for morning coffee, gazing at the beauty of the Gulf, or enjoying lunch with a tablet or laptop while realizing how easily relaxation sets in.
The pool is perfectly suited to the property, offering plenty of space for sun and fun—or shade and naps. Beach access is just a very short walk down a private boardwalk. The well-equipped storage area includes a beach cart (a huge blessing), beach chairs, toys, umbrellas—the works—to make your stay, and your kids’ stay, an A+ experience. The ground-level bathroom for pool and beach access is truly well thought out. The covered parking area under the home is another huge bonus.
In summary, we have traveled to SGI many times over the years, both in spring and fall, and this is clearly one of the top properties on the island.
