After taking over as the Executive Director in the middle of the COVID pandemic, Angel and her team have devoted time, talent, and resources into several community projects to provide hope, love, and care to those in need.

Meet Gail Fyke, founder of the Public Painted Pianos Project in Macon County.

After Gail's son experienced a sudden brain surgery, Gail and her family experienced the magic of music therapy and recovery techniques. This led her to find the Sing for Hope painted piano project based out of New York. Gail was determined to bring the power of music-based therapy to Decatur, and she explains how her research and magic of bringing talent together has led to so much success (and more to come).
