Heyyy! So, about the Built in 8 minutes classes. I’m getting a lot of questions! Yay!!!
These classes are filling up! They are Quick and over in 8 mins!
It’s the style of training those in phase 8 of Built in 8 do 8 times a week. So, they are intense but fun!
Heres the break down:
Train Each body part for 2 days a week. $30 p/month each.
