ello ello ello friends foes and folx!

just wanted to chime in and share a slime i have finishing setting currently actually this slime is the very essence of me and my aesthetic. toast is my nickname, and all the other small little add ins and components are all very me as well. including the art work i used to post this. it’s still setting and clearing all the way back up so its just a photo post for now (ive never done this before!) but i just had to share my art in both ways. i love digital art and digital collaging so much, and then i love sensory art (slime) with my whole heart too! so it was really fun to be able to put the two together.

small book update too! i’m still chugging along trying working on the book. since it had fo go on the back burner due to some family emergencies (that are still not cleared up, look at my last post for more info on those) but i have a little bit more space and breathing room that i’ve been able to start working on the book again, so im very excited about that. i also have begun to save what little money i can (seriously penny and dimes at a time lol) to be able to 1- purchase some more clip art that is want/need from (who’s art i’ve been using throughout the book already! i just want more lol) and 2- be able to purchase the licenses needed to be able to use their clip art in the book in general lol you should definitely go check out their page bc their clip art embodied my shops aesthetic and brings the slime bible together so well im obsessed lol. i love their art so much.

Be mindful of your choice of words - avoid language that further marginalizes q***r disabled folks and contributes to the extremely ableist world we live in today.

I may be non binary but that still means I’m trans. And proud.

My TikTok was hacked yesterday and not only were half my videos deleted, but tons of transphobic messages and comments were sent to my trans friends and followers. Of course, it's just TikTok. It's just another social media platform, but this is yet another example of trans folks being targeted by folks who are trying to erase us and our voices.

I am so so privileged to have a roof over my head and a support system full of love. I know that I'm allowed to feel angry over this, but I also want to share that this anger can coexist with the acknowledgment of my privilege to be surrounded by so much love and support.

No one can take away my trans joy. They may try, but I will always celebrate, talk about, and share my trans joy for me, my younger self, and my trans community.

My trans joy is a celebration of my existence and a form of resistance. 💖🏳️‍⚧️
