These pancakes have 25g of protein with only 4 simple ingredients.

My sister-in-law introduced me to this recipe, and we’ve completely switched from the boxed stuff 🤢. One small change that’s made eating healthier feel so much easier. And yes… they’re actually delicious. 🤍

“Oh, you have a little belly fat? So do I.

Oh, you have back rolls? So do I.

That little bit of fat between your armpit and chest? Yep… me too.

You’re afraid of being seen at the gym? I’ve felt that too.

The difference isn’t that I’m fearless or perfect, it’s that I showed up anyway.

This isn’t about having the perfect body. It’s about keeping the promises I make to myself, honoring the body God gave me, and trusting Him through the process.

Someone out there needs to see that you don’t have to look like a fitness model to start. You just have to start.

So here’s your reminder: Show up. Your future self will thank you.
