I’m not even asking you to change I just need you to understand that you can keep doing what you wanna do & how you wanna do it, you just can’t do it with me. Mental illness is real!
The sad thing about it is, the victim of mental illness can become the villain and those who are close to the individual are the victims but to the patient they are the villains.
Untreated mental illness can cause you to self destruct and you’ll find yourself alone. The ones who once cared will start to keep their distance from you to protect their mental. People outside will start to believe the lies and assumptions you’ve formed in your head against your love ones.
If you suffer from any sort of mental health issues please seek help! The worst thing you can do is use drugs and or alcohol.
