This yard belong to the family that was in military. I had cut this in the past before. This time around it looked like they are renovating the property so it seems as they are coming back home. This is a Free yard clean up. Hopefully they will be surprised when they see this newly cut lawn

She COULDN"T BELIEVE I did all this work for FREE, All she had was a STRING TRIMMER

This was the 3rd time I mowed this yard. I saw that this yard was getting overgrown So I knocked and asked if she needed some help with her yard. I took me a little under 3 hours from start to finish. At the end she was very grateful.

Surprised this RANDOM HOMEOWNER with a YARD CLEAN UP for FREE

When I was preparing to knock on another house for a free yard maintenance I noticed that this backyard was a little overgrown. When I knock the neighbor answered and asked what I needed because he was currently looking after the house for the elder lady who owned it. So I told him that Id be happy to mow it down for absolutely nothing and he was okay with it. At the end I ended up mowing the front yard also.

After speaking to the neighbor about the story about this house, she told me that 6 years ago the owner passed away and they had been working on the will to give this house to the right person. Then when I was mowing this yard the neighbor across the street came by and told me that he usually mow this yard when it gets overgrown because no one else would do it. So he thank me because he gets to have a little rest from this yard.
