🚨 THE WRONG LENDER CAN COST YOU THE HOUSE.

Because finding the right home and the right REALTOR® is only part of the equation.

Your lender matters. A LOT.

A good lender helps you understand what you can comfortably afford, explains your rate, APR and closing costs, communicates throughout the transaction and — probably most importantly — moves when we need to move.

And sellers, this matters to you too.

When I’m comparing offers, I’m not just looking at the price. I’m looking at the financing, the strength of the pre-approval, the lender behind it and how likely that buyer is to actually make it to closing.

The highest offer isn’t always the strongest offer.

My advice?

👉 Talk to a lender before you start house hunting.
👉 Compare more than the advertised interest rate.
👉 Ask about APR, fees and closing costs.
👉 Choose someone who actually COMMUNICATES.

Closed on this beautiful home today! 🏡

This morning, during the final walkthrough, I got to listen as they talked about all the plans they have for their new home.

Which walls would get a fresh coat of paint.
Where the hardwood floors would replace the carpet.
Which room would become the office.
How they'd arrange the furniture to make the space their own.

Those conversations are one of my favorite parts of this job. Watching someone go from seeing a house to imagining their future in it is something special.
