📸 Final Touches
Professional photos and marketing materials are double-checked for accuracy.
Listing description, pricing, and details are finalized in the MLS system.
🧹 Home Prep
Last chance for any light cleaning or staging touch-ups (think: fresh flowers, fluffy towels, vacuum lines in the carpet).
Remove personal items you may have overlooked (toothbrushes on the counter, pet toys, etc.).
📣 Marketing Launch
Your listing is scheduled to go live on the MLS tomorrow, and once it does, it will syndicate to sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and more.
Social media teasers and marketing posts are prepped to create excitement and attract buyers right away.
☎️ Communication
I’ll stay in touch to confirm everything looks perfect.
