I got a little carried away with Salem today—she sure packs a punch! 😂 I softened her up with Sedona, added Foxy on the lid for that golden shimmer, and used Drift to brighten the brow and inner corner. Lips are Melon Lip Gelato (so creamy) with Pepper liner and Rosewood Lip + Cheek on the cheeks. Finished it all off with Cappuccino liner.on the eyes.

It’s been a busy, running-to-and-fro kind of weekend 💕

✨ GRWM eyeshadow + 3D foundation today. Been loving the new Seint pencils… silk stays put for liner and satin feels nice on the lips and cheeks. Little swaps that just work better on skin that’s lived a little life. 💕

🍴 Food + fresh air + creek time = a pretty good day if you ask me.

🥓 Breakfast was crispy hash browns, scrambled eggs, and a couple slices of center-cut bacon cooked in the cast iron.

🍗 Lunch was grilled chicken breast with homemade applesauce, a slice of sourdough topped with blackberry jam, and fresh green beans on the side.

☀️ We spent part of the day down at the creek. It's peaceful, calming, and just plain fun. Sometimes the little things feel the biggest.

🥗 Dinner… let’s just say the lettuce with “that” zero-cal dressing was a flop. 😂 Green beans and Mexican corn flatbread saved the night, with a few Lily’s chocolate chips for sweet balance.

🍿 Might finish with some popcorn, or just call it good.

Today’s plate was looking a little on the pale side sourdough pancakes with real maple syrup and scrambled eggs for breakfast, chicken-y odds and ends with green beans and a touch of mac & cheese at lunch, plus some cottage cheese with strawberries and peanut butter before choir. A few nuts kept me going through the day, and I wrapped it up with a baked potato topped with Greek yogurt, a little cheese, and more green beans. Definitely a busy day, but fuel is fuel even if it was mostly white today.

Started my morning with a slice of pumpkin Smart Pound Cake and bone broth coffee before Bible study. On the way out the door, I grabbed a small piece of sourdough with natural chunky peanut butter and my homemade jam.

Lunch was cottage cheese with strawberries and blueberries, plus a sprinkle of mixed nuts, a little chunky peanut butter, and a touch of jam, with Triscuit crackers on the side. I also tried a new peach “Frobert” pretty good, and I didn't eat the whole container just a small portion.

Supper was a sourdough sandwich with fresh blueberries and cherries on the side, along with some Fiesta lime chips and salsa.

Just two eyeshadows today ✨ I blended Filly in the crease and outer corner, then tapped Peppermint on the lid for that soft shimmer with pink and gold flecks it is so pretty! Paired it with Cappuccino liner (eyes, brows + lips), Cocomero Lip Gelato, N**e Lip + Cheek on cheeks, Bella bronzer and of course my 3D foundation.
I used the Pilot brush to apply along with the etch and eyeshadow brush.
