I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit more with you all.

My name is Ife Aka Love
I started this page end of 2022 as a tribute to my older brother who we lost back in 2020.

He suffered from a number of medical and mental health issues and as a result could no longer cope with life.
His death was a wake up call for me, as death can be for so many of us.
It inspired me to want to live a life of purpose and fulfillment and use my love of creativity, connection and being on camera to start creating content consistently for people who need/want it.
My goal is to break the stigma surrounding getting help and normalize everyone talking about it by building a community.
A safe space for ALL individuals.

As humans and especially on social media we tend to glorify “perfect” and as a result so many of us become anxious, frustrated or depressed trying to live up to non existent standards.

Let’s break the stigma together and normalize being human 💕

✨With that being said if you are experiencing any of these keep reading for some helpful tips.
Seek professional help for anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, or self-esteem issues.
✨Prioritize self-care practices like exercise, sleep, healthy eating, and stress management. Self-care activities can help reduce symptoms and promote overall mental resilience.
✨Foster social support from loved ones and have open conversations about mental health. Having an open conversations about mental health can reduce stigma and create a supportive environment.
✨Seek therapy and support groups for tailored treatment and coping skills. Therapy can help you develop coping skills, challenge negative thoughts, and build resilience. While support groups can provide a sense of community and shared experiences.
✨Promote body positivity, self-acceptance, and healthy body attitudes while being intentionally mindful and unfollow or limit exposure to social media accounts that negatively impact body image. Instead focus on self-worth beyond appearance's.
