DAN TIME PODCAST is BACK…
Well, at least for a couple BONUS episodes!
It’s that time of year again - the 3rd Annual Halloween Special w/Rob McArdle. If you laughed through the 2024 and ‘23 shows with Rob, you’ll love this one even more!!

We honor the late great Ace Frehley in Pt 1, maybe do a little singing together - and talk Halloween movies, memories & more in Pt 2!

If you need a laugh or several & need to “not think” too hard, spend a few mins on Dan Time and enjoy these episodes!
No telling when the next episode will hit, but you can always dig in to the back catalog of shows and see what the fuss is about. THANKS for listening!!

Dan Time is searchable on all podcast platforms. Email [email protected]

Enjoyed getting a little bit of time in with the brothers recently! If you need a laugh, “dial it back” to one of the previous Dan Time podcast episodes featuring my brothers Rob (left) or Travis (middle)!

The show’s hiatus continues. Who knows when or if Dan Time will return with great regularity. Life has been like a loaded baked potato lately. There are just too many toppings at the moment and unfortunately I’m trying to eat all of them! Not really sure if that was the best analogy but I think you understand.

Hoping to at least resurface for the annual Halloween 🎃 episode! If you enjoy the show, go back and find that episode or several that you missed along the way. And make the most of YOUR time!

My son Warren chose “We Went South” as his walk-up music for baseball this fall! And yes, it was his choice & and not just his old man’s “Dan Time” influence! He loves the song and other DH singles. It’s a lot of fun hearing the tune at our little ballpark & hopefully folks are checking out Dan Harrison down here! ⚾️🎸

Musically, it’s not one of Ozzy’s better songs. I think Zakk definitely saves it with his solo. But I am a lyric guy & have always been a sucker for this type of stuff. It is absolutely how you feel about your little ones. I can relate with my boys and my baby girl.

What a special message to his (then) young son - and even more compelling that Oz and Lemmy co-wrote the song. Ozzy as a family man was something no one would have believed earlier in his career.

I remember how much I loved the conviction in Ozzy’s voice. He always took a stand. Whether it was the defiance in “You Can’t Kill Rock and Roll” or the devotion in “See You on the Other Side,” his vocals would make the hair on your arms stand up, whether it was a ballad or a banger. My brother Rob turned me on to Ozzy’s music as a teenager in the mid-late ‘90s. I went to a couple Ozzfests with my brother Travis. By no means was it cool or acceptable in most circles to proclaim your love for the Ozzman or metal music during those days. But little did other folks know, the subject matter in this music was often about love and acceptance & standing up for what’s right.

I’ll never forget being 20-21-22 and singing “Goodbye to Romance” at the top of my lungs. I remember the way that song really spoke to me. The entire Blizzard of Oz CD 💿 was a mainstay in my car stereo circa 2000-01-02. It’s actually hilarious thinking back - how you’d drive places just blasting stuff like No More Tears or Blizzard of Oz for 20-30 minutes - and then walk into the quiet and order of a classroom or your place of work. No one had a clue that moments earlier you were totally amped up on the prince of darkness!.

Going to miss Ozzy’s presence in this world. But I’m so glad we had him and his music for this long. 🤘🖤

What’s your Top 10 or Top 5 - Ozzy solo??
