I can’t imagine how any of us would feel if our own colleagues engaged in intentional fraud and lies against a family who trusted them — a family who believed their elected representatives were helping, not hurting.

It breaks my heart that people in power could look at a Black woman, a God-fearing woman, and decide she didn’t deserve honesty or dignity. I know Dorcey wouldn’t stand by this behavior. She knows the difference between a victim and the false image created to destroy someone’s reputation.

I am Christina A. Wiggins, Candidate for Ward 6 — not the “character” fabricated by Sergio Adams and Gabriella Romero. They used my name, misled my family, and even collected money claiming it was for me — funds I never received. My business and my good name were targeted, but the truth is clear: I’ve stood on integrity and service from day one.

I believe Dorcey will address this, because if this could happen to me, it could happen to any of our daughters.

Listen, the have been going around calling their ho**ers other names, KATEWOOD is one, Ginaboo, Jenny too… mainly mine. “Candidate Wiggins” is the name the working families party in the cap district under Gabriella Romero’s use. They did it on purpose to mislead you about me. I am not who Gabriella is talking about, I’ve never had a relationship with Sam Fein. I have not had phone or text conversations with Sam Fein since Jan 1st. I’m sure you know now, his family made an arrangement for my hand with their son. My Mother liked him enough to where she gave him permission to give me her last will and testament in which she had a bank account she saved for me, Sam Fein was suppose to give that to me years ago when my mother died. He did not do that, instead he signed my name to a marriage certificate so he could get access to my mothers bank account, and he spent it on ho**ers he was lying and trying to pass off as the real Christina Wiggins. Jan 1, Sam Fein got a message from “candidate Wiggins” talking about having HIV, again, that was not me, not the real Christina Wiggins, infact albany county had a hearing in which working families knowing it wasn’t me, brought that pr******te in and swore her in under my name. She said horrible things. My father is who they couldn’t convince, neither my older brother. they haven’t ever spoken to me, not since before my mother passed away. Sam Fein was always with his ho**er, he labeled as “candidate Wiggins.” So please do not mix me up with working families rumors and sexual harassment, using my name.

My name is Christina Alexis Wiggins, and I’m proud to step forward as a candidate for library trustee. I bring with me a wealth of experience in community advocacy, creative outreach, and educational empowerment. Recently, I discovered that my middle name means “defender” or “fighter”—and I believe that meaning perfectly reflects the work I’ve done, and the work I intend to continue. I’ve always stood up for others, for access to knowledge, and for the kind of equity that libraries represent.

Over the years, I’ve led and supported several impactful community projects:
• I helped lead a creative outreach initiative known as the “Hand Sanitizer Project” for a political campaign, distributing home made sanitizer during Covid to promote public health and civic engagement.
• I designed and launched the “Thank You for Your Donation” reels campaign for Imprint Universe, highlighting recipients through engaging video content and building stronger community ties for the business.
• I crafted a social media campaign to raise awareness for Ally Bee Kozy Kitchen’s Cultural Center, amplifying its mission and connecting more people to its cultural and educational services.
• As a founding member of Elevate 518, I helped create a platform focused on uplifting the Capital Region through advocacy, collaboration, and the arts.
• In my broader community work, I’ve consistently educated people on financial literacy, tax preparation, and worker rights, helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their lives and livelihoods.

What drives me is a desire to share—to share knowledge, tools, stories, and space. That’s what libraries do. They offer themselves to the community with open doors and open minds. I believe my skills, my commitment to equity, and my passion for education will make me an excellent trustee.
