There is an abundance of things life has to teach us if we pay close enough attention. My most recent lesson was from a hiking trip I took over the weekend 🥾

My conclusion is that it doesn’t really matter how fast you go, how many stops you make, or even if you make a false start, as long as the goal is worth the effort to you.

🤔 I wonder if those people who aggressively invade your DMs with their content have ever said to themselves: there’s gotta be a better way.

The reason you’re not consistently showing up and putting content out there is only about 10% ability related. 90% of it has to do with your mindset.

All the strategies and tactics in the world will be a waste if you don’t get your mind right.

Which is why after the past few years of clinically studying content strategy, the mindset of content is a major part of what I coach people through.

The comfort zone is sneaky - sometimes you don’t even realize you’re in it until you see other people living their dreams.
