My X2 Bed Pack is anticipated for release just before Christmas!

Currently in testing with my highly specialized team of mod testing specialists. Pack is compatible with my Freightliner M2, FLD, and any other truck with X2 attacher joint.

Pack includes: Feed delivery bed, feed mixer bed, fuel tanker bed, and flat deck bed.

As I'm sure most of you are aware, ThundR released the first public version of his Row Crop System Mod yesterday. This means that I can get you a version of Ray County that is compatible. Like soon. Like today! If you ask me, this mod is an absolute game changer if you are trying to blur the lines between video game and true simulation. Read on for all the information and you, too, can be following end rows shelling corn in the December snow on Ray County!

ThundR set Ray County up to have the option to use Row Crop or to not use Row Crop. What does this mean on your end? Simply place the zipped map file in your mods folder and start the game. When you get to the map selection screen, you will be able to play a standard latest version of the map OR select the RC version. How cool is that?!

Whether or not you choose to use RC, I was able to update a few things on BOTH versions of the map:

-Fixed the windows at the COOP being invisible which meant you could see inside to a blank interior.

-Adjusted some view distances on multiple species of trees to improve FPS.

-Removed the 3D gravel everywhere on the map to improve FPS.

-Adjusted view distance on dealership sign, anhydrous tanks, radio antenna, ponds, and several other smaller visual items to improve FPS.

-Adjusted the crop calendar to allow soybeans and corn to be harvested one extra month before withering.

-I was able to increase FPS a good amount with these changes with minimal effect on immersion.

****IF YOU PLAN TO USE THE ROW CROP VERSION, IT WILL REQUIRE A NEW SAVE. IF YOU WANT AN UPDATED MAP, BUT DON'T CARE ABOUT ROW CROP, THEN YOU SHOULD STILL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE YOUR SAVE THAT YOU HAVE (crops may be messed up for that season unless you copy a file over to your save)****

****Before proceeding, take your current Ray County zipped map out of your mods folder and put it somewhere you can access it in case you want to return to that if something isn't working. Also make a backup of your save game****

****If you plan to use the Row Crop System version of the map, you will need to get the Row Crop System mod from Thundrs itch and place it in your mods folder. https://thundrfs.itch.io/row-crop-system

****If you are using Precision Farming, don't forget to get the updated PF Configurator mod from Thundrs itch AND make sure to DELETE the previous PF Configurator mod from your folder (they are not named the same, so if you just download and place in your mods folder, it will not ask you to replace the old version). https://thundrfs.itch.io/fs25-precision-farming-configurator

I wanted to share something a little more personal with you all today.

My dad passed away December 7 ,2019. He loved everything about farming especially John Deere. (Even though Grandpa was a die-hard Case IH guy!)

As a kid, I spent countless hours riding along with Dad and Grandpa during fall harvest wedged into whatever seat or armrest I could find. Those were the days... No worries in the world, just the sound of the engine and the smell of harvest in the air.

This display is a glimpse into my childhood and a piece of my dad's passion. These tractors were part of the collection he started later in life, and I've FINALLY set them up. I can't really explain it, but i feel like a weight's been lifted, like a small piece of him is here again.

Something he started...and now I'm proud to carry on and display. 💚🚜

🚨 Alma, Missouri – UPDATE 1.1.0.0 COMING SOON! 🚨

Get ready for the next big update to the Alma, Missouri map! 🔧🌽

🆕 Changelog 1.1.0.0 (Confirmed so far – more to come):
• Added Alfalfa – can be sold, turned into silage, or used as animal feed.
• Soybeans now leave usable straw after harvest (works like regular straw).
• Updated field layout – the map now features 38 fields.
• Updated farmland layout – there are now 47 farmlands.
• New selling point: Alma Logistic – purchase all required materials for constructable placeables.
• Sped up the drying process in the corn dryer and added a smoke effect during operation. 🌫️

⚠️ Maybe not everyone will be thrilled about it, but due to all the changes listed above, starting a new savegame is necessary to ensure everything works properly.
