Level 2: Why is it important to you to _____(fill in the blank from your answer to no. 1)
Level 3: Why is it important to you to _____(fill in the blank from your answer to no. 2)
Level 4: Why is it important to you to _____(answer to no. 3)
Level 5: Why is it important to you to _____(answer to no. 4)
Level 6: Why is it important to you to _____(answer to no. 5)
Level 7: Why is it important to you to _____(answer to no. 6)

Reminder...let the tears flow!
It is cathartic and transforming.
Commit to this exercise to reveal your deep purpose
which will drive your motivation moving forward.

Once you identify your deepest why,
you will have the fuel to push past the challenges
in order to achieve your goals.

Because this journey will require all of it.

We recently met with a student for her Personalize Instagram Audit.

She implemented all our suggestions and has experienced excelled growth and success with her account.

We thought it would be insightful to share this real-life example:

She said that since our meeting she had made many changes,
but a few specific changes were the following:

1. She stopped spamming accounts via tags.
2. She started really researching hashtags, using smaller hashtags, and including a better mix.
3. She began using hashtags in her stories.
4. She stopped all follow trains and fake engagement.
5. Since our talk she says her story views are increased by about 40%, created by consistency, implementing content ideas we gave her & hashtag use.
6. Instead of posting once a week, she is now posting daily to her feed.
7. She is also staying active daily on stories.

She is spending her time creating her best content and only engaging organically.

As a result of our meeting and her hard work, she is growing, her engagement is up, and she is ENJOYING her Instagram journey more than she ever has.

One of the most challenging aspects of growing a successful Instagram account is having the patience to:
1. Stay positive
2. Stay the course

We admit it's HARD! Especially when everywhere you look you see posts that are going viral. Instagram shows you all the huge and successful accounts. Instagram shows you accounts that seem to grow like magic, accounts that make it all look so easy, so effortless.

Firstly, none of it is easy, and no one is growing effortlessly. It can seem that way, but only because you don't see all the work that goes into creating swoon-worthy content. You can't see all the time, energy, and effort they are putting into building.

Managing your attitude while you build your account is one of the most important aspects of your journey. If you are focused on others' success and you allow comparison to bring you down then negativity and frustration will overwhelm you. You will be miserable, and you may quit.

Impatience leads people to desperate measures. Impatience tempts people to employ artificial growth hacks in order to grow. We talk a lot about how these do more harm than good. And yet, people are still tempted.

If you stay committed to working hard, the best part of the entire journey is that you will become the person who you were created to be.
No artificial growth hack can possibly replace this essential journey of becoming. It's worth every moment of struggle and effort.
Be patient, My Friends. Do the work. Dig deep. Become better.

How to get out of an IG rut:

It happens to the best of us.
Our creativity starts to dry up.
Our motivation is lagging.
We begin to dread even picking up our phones.

It can go from bad to worse...
unless you take action.

How do you escape an Instagram rut, or worse, a downward spiral?
Make Instagram feel new.

Here are some ideas:
* Take a short break to get perspective.

Everyone has the same 24 hours.
Are you making the most of yours?
Time is quite literally your most precious commodity.
So how you choose to use it is everything.

Spending more time is not always the answer.
Here are our top tips to work smarter, not harder.

1. Batch your work.
We learned the hard way that batching content creation helps in many ways.
When we batch our photography for the week and batch our captions we are more productive,
and our quality is improved.

2. Set time limits.
Whatever amount of time you allow for a task, most often you'll fill that time.
So, setting limits makes you more productive.

3. Plan ahead.
The more organized you are with your time, the more aware and efficient you become.

4. Create a to-do list.
Either the night before or first thing in the morning create your to do list. Identify your top 3-4 activities.

5. Start with the toughest.
Now that you have your to-do list, always begin with the toughest.
Don't allow procrastination or excuses to set in.
Attack the toughest challenge of the day when energy and focus are high.
The feeling of accomplishment will fuel your day.

6. Pace yourself.
Instagram is a marathon and not a sprint.

What are you afraid of?
Understanding your fears holds the key to success.
It's time to dig deep.

Do you want to know what Instagram REALLY wants us to do and not do?
Read on.
While Instagram seems mysterious in many ways, they do state a few things very, very clearly.
Here is what Instagram says today (which has remained unchanged for years):

"Foster meaningful and genuine interactions.

Help us stay spam-free by:
- not artificially collecting likes, followers, or shares
- not posting repetitive comments or content
- not repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent.
- Don’t offer money or giveaways of money in exchange for likes, followers, comments or other engagement.
- Don’t post content that engages in, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or admits to the offering, solicitation or trade of fake and misleading user reviews or ratings.
Spam Policy Rationale:

We work hard to limit the spread of spam because we do not want to allow content that is designed to deceive, or that attempts to mislead users to increase viewership. This content creates a negative user experience and detracts from people's ability to engage authentically in online communities. We also aim to prevent people from abusing our platform, products, or features to artificially increase viewership or distribute content en masse for commercial gain.”

Instagram keeps a lot of its technology purposefully secret in order to protect the platform from abuse and to maintain a genuine, high-quality experience.
