• People’s opinions? Meh – What they think of you? Doesn’t pay the bills, so who cares?
• Gratitude is the secret sauce – Complaining less, appreciating more. It’s a vibe.
• Your time is priceless – Don’t waste it on stuff (or people) that make you roll your eyes.
• Self-care ain’t selfish – Seriously, a bubble bath and wine fix a lot. Prioritize it!
• Confidence comes from within – Stop waiting for others to tell you you’re amazing. Spoiler: You already are!

So yeah, if I could rewind to 32, I’d have a lot fewer regrets and a lot more fun!
