Welcome to Saint Angela's Church at Our Lady of Mount Carmel's Parish in Mattapan and Dorchester | Boston!

As of the 1st of July in 2020, St. Angela's Parish in Mattapan | | merged with St. Matthew's Parish in Dorchester. St. Matthew's Church has been closed since September 2020.

The resulting combined parishes gave birth last year to a brand new and young Roman Catholic Parish in the Archdiocese of Boston named 'OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL's PARISH’ under the pastorship of Reverend Garcia Breneville.

The new name 'Our Lady of Mount Carmel's Parish' was adopted on August 1st, 2020.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel's Parish covers and extends to all the territory once covered by both St. Angela's Parish and St. Matthew's Parish.

Holy Mass is celebrated every day at 9AM with additional Mass Celebrations on Wednesdays
and
>>> a vigil ENGLISH Mass at 4PM on Saturdays.

Sundays Mass are celebrated at:
>>> 7:00 AM Holy Mass | MultiLingual
>>> 9:00 AM Holy Mass | French
>>> 11:00 AM Holy Mass | ENGLISH
>>> 1:00 PM Holy Mass | Haitian.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Confessions & Penance are on Wednesday at 4PM followed by Holy Mass at 5PM. Call a priest at 617-298-0080 for additional Confessions Hearings and schedule.

All celebrations of the Mass are celebrated at St. Angela Merici's Church | 1540 Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan Square MA 02126 | 617-298-0080 (telephone) in Mattapan.

Our Lady of Mt. Carmel's Parish is now accepting registration for new parishioners and baptism.
