My fiancee and I spent almost a month writing the first part that is posted here.

It is difficult in many ways that I'm sure will come out as I post more.

I’m asking the larger Facebook community, to send or share this text...,,, my fiancé Steve was violently stalked & attacked, by Andrew James Neumann of Paradise, California. He was not known to either me or my fiancé prior to his attack on Steve. This drink knocked my fiancé unconscious for 8 mins then fled the crime scene. I believe he wasn’t ever arrested for he had police sympathy ( he lost his home I. The Camp Fire in Paradise Ca. )....... the paramedics never came to Best Western Hriyage Motel in Chico Ca on March 10.2019 shortly after 10 PM and the assault . The police didn’t arrest the criminal. Please share this post on fb, Twitter and any social media.

James Patrick Neumann owner of Neumann Construction in Paradise, Ca. on March 10,2019 stalked & violently assaulted Steve Huot at Chico Best Western. This crime was reported in a 911 call also asking for paramedics, that never came to assist a bloodied unconscious male. Why ??????

The DA refused to press charges against "Huot".

I don't understand how the police charged me and not him..

I don't remember the incident, but the report seems to justify me....?
