#17 St. Edwards 84

This game was had both teams looking for a signature win for the season. The game started with each squad had having an answer for the other side. It was until St. Edwards started getting super hot from 3-point land that the game became theirs.

The Greyhounds found themselves playing catch-up for the rest of the game. By the middle of the second half, the Greyhounds were down by 15pts. The Greyhounds made a big comeback to tie the game at 79 all with under 5-minutes to go. Yet St.Edwards was able to hit a pivotal 3-pointer to secure the win.

The Greyhounds had five players in double-figures with Austin Abrams leading the way with 18pts. The Greyhounds are now 12-3 on the season.

🏀 Rio Rancho with the dub over La Cueva in a tightly contested game. One the best games I've seen this season. This one went back and forth. The first one to blink would be the first to lose. This is just a preview of state tournament. These two teams could easily meet again.

Metro Tournament action today. Both sides started out sluggish considering yesterday's action.

Hobbs slowly pulled away with a fairly large 20-point plus lead. The Mustangs of West Mesa were never able to catch up. Hobbs is now 13-2 on the season.

First round action at the Metro Tournament. Highland came out the gates and never looked back.

Eldorado was unable to make any kind of run. The Hornets move on to face Cleveland tomorrow.

First round Metro Tournament action. Cleveland came out blazing from 3-point land. Hope struggled to find rythm throughout the game. Cleveland was just too much tonight. The Storm moves on to the winners bracket.

🏀 Huge showdown in New Mexico! No.24 Eastern New Mexico faces Western New Mexico tomorrow at 2 p.m. in Silver City, NM. The Greyhounds of Eastern are looking to continue their 11-game win streak into the new year.

Western New Mexico has other ideas. The Mustangs of Western recently defeated No.14 West Texas A@M at home in OT. Western will be looking to crack the NCAA D-2 Top 25 with a win over Eastern.
