We are excited to host author Debbie McQueen -- an amazing chart topping author of the Dragon King Series and fellow Kiwanis charter member of the Kiwanis Club Supporting LGBTQ+ Kids in Southern CA.

Debbie lives in Southern California with her husband, two kids, two dogs, and three cats. She is an avid reader and enjoys many different genres, including YA, NA, PNR, Fantasy, and LGBTQ+ books. Debbie loves to infuse stories with acceptance, hope, humor, and epic love.

Join Doc Val and The Voice as they welcome this week's featured guest, Christopher Milo, one of the founders of WE THRIVE TOGETHER. "WTT" believes no one should suffer from social isolation or loneliness and everyone deserves the opportunity to meet awesome people and make new friends. WTT is an Ohio based nonprofit organization started in 2014. Since the beginning of the pandemic WTT has hosted over 6,000 virtual programs including games, classes, virtual trips, advocacy training, educational presentations, arts & crafts, discussion groups, parties, and so much more. PLUS, WTT charted the first VIRTUAL AKTION-CLUB in Kiwanis International and were personally welcomed by International President Lee in Pittsburgh.

The Kiwanis Connects Show airs LIVE from 9-10AM PST/12-1PM EST right here on the Kiwanis Connects Show page and/or YouTube Channel, and the NEW wvbvtv Virginia Beach Facebook & YouTube channels.

Now that the Kiwanis International Convention is in the books, we can focus on enjoying the long 3-day weekend as we celebrate the July 4th holiday.

With that in mind, Doc Val and Aaron will take the time to enjoy the extra day off and with great pride enjoy this ENCORE PRESENTATION from The Kiwanis International Convention from Pittsburgh.

The KIWANIS CONNECTS SHOW embroidered jersey, that you see Doc Val and Aaron wear on the show, is now available for purchase.

You have 2 options:

1) "KIWANIS CONNECTS" as the team name on the front can be ordered for only $65

2) If you would like to add your favorite number to the FRONT of your jersey along with the team name, you can place an order for only $5 more for a total of $70.

SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN THESE PRICES.

To place an order, simply send an email to:
[email protected] with the jersey size and number if you wish to add that to your jersey.

You will receive an email with payment instructions. Once payment is received, then an order will be placed. Turn around time can be 2-3 weeks for production and shipping so if you would like your jersey in time for CAL-NEV-HA DCON, get an order placed ASAP!
