One of my favorite parts of this is getting to teach riders what’s really going on with their horses and helping them learn what to look for themselves 👏🐴

Here’s a little look into yesterday’s demo where we talked through:
✔ what I’m feeling during a massage
✔ common areas horses get tight or sore
✔ stretches and exercises you can do at home
✔ what’s “normal” movement vs signs something may be bothering them

I LOVE getting to work with young riders and 4-Hers because the more they understand their horses, the better they can help them feel and perform their best.
