No big health journey updates to share, y’all. The monthly visitor came and went and so many poor decisions happened along with it. We’re still trucking along and trying to turn things around 😌
In other news, I made some Blueberry Protein Muffins and they’re actually really good! Recipe will be in the comments for anyone that wants to make them 🫐

Today marks one year since I started my health journey, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far I’ve come!

✨ 365 days of choosing myself

It hasn’t always been easy, and progress hasn’t always been linear, but I kept showing up—and that’s what matters.

One year down, and I’m just getting started!

✨Health Journey Update✨

I have lost the weight I gained from vacation and my monthly visitor 🙌🏻 moving in the right direction. Hoping to break through a plateau and see the scale move down some more over the next couple of weeks. My birthday is next month so I’d love to make some significant progress by then 👏🏻

TGIF, y’all! 🙌🏻 I really didn’t want to work out today, but I’m so glad I did. Got in some dumbbells and cardio, and checked another little box off the list. 💪🏻

The elliptical is officially my next thing to conquer on this journey. I did .25 miles on it today and whew… it wore me OUT. 🥵😂 But you have to start somewhere!
