✨Week 17 Health Journey Update✨

This week I’m up 1 pound — and honestly, it makes sense. Yesterday was my work holiday party and indulgences were definitely aplenty 🎄🍰

Of course it sucks to see the scale go up, but I’m not discouraged. One pound doesn’t undo months of progress, and this journey has never been about perfection — it’s about consistency and learning balance.

I’m resetting, refocusing, and staying motivated. Hoping for a nice big loss next week right before Christmas

✨ Week 16 Health Journey Update! ✨

Down 1 pound this week — which brings me to 21.6 pounds down since August 17! Honestly, I’m proud of that. Between the holiday season kicking off and my period finally wrapping up, a loss is a win in my book.

I’m learning that progress doesn’t always have to be huge to be meaningful. Consistency is what counts, and showing up for myself week after week is paying off.

I’m also sharing before & after photos this week, and WOW… seeing the changes side-by-side is such a reminder of how far I’ve come.

Here’s to moving into the rest of the holiday season with intention, grace, and confidence. On to Week 17!

Recipe time! I love me some overnight oats, and I think I’ve perfected these and can finally share the recipe with you!

Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (30g protein)
6-8oz FairLife milk (about 9g protein)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Stevia packet
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix and chill overnight, add sugar free syrup in the morning if desired 😋

✨ Week 15 Health Journey Update ✨

No official weigh-in for me this week thanks to the holiday weekend — lots of family time, lots of fun, and yes… lots of indulgences. But that’s life, and I’m not letting it throw me off!

I’m pressing forward into the new week feeling focused and ready to get right back into my routine. Hoping for a big loss next week, but no matter what, I’m proud of the consistency and the commitment that’s gotten me this far.

Here’s to resetting, recharging, and keeping the momentum going!

✨ Week 14 Health Journey Update! ✨

I am officially down 20.6 pounds since August 17th!
It took patience, consistency, and trusting the process, but I finally hit (and passed!) that 20-pound milestone I’ve been working toward.

I’m so proud of how far I’ve come — not just physically, but mentally too. Every choice, every small step, and every week of showing up added up to this moment.

Here’s to keeping the momentum going and seeing what the next few weeks bring! Would love to hit 30 pounds down before Christmas but that’s quite a lofty goal 😬

✨ Week 13 Health Journey Update ✨

This week I’m down 2.4 pounds, bringing me to 18.8 pounds lost since August 17! 🙌🏻

I also remeasured myself and I’ve officially lost 14 inches overall since starting this journey. Seeing those non-scale victories makes such a difference!

I’ll be honest — I was hoping to hit my 20-pound goal this week, and I’m a tiny bit disappointed I didn’t. But I know it’s coming, and I’m feeling confident I’ll get there in the next week or two.

Here’s to staying consistent, trusting the process, and celebrating every win along the way!

✨Week 12 Health Journey Update ✨

This week I saw a small gain of +0.8 lbs, but I know exactly why — it was that time of the month, which always means extra water retention. I’m not sweating it (literally 😅). Progress isn’t always a straight line, and one week doesn’t define the journey!

I’m down 2.4 pounds this week, for a total of 17.2 pounds lost since August 17th!

I was hoping to hit my 15-pound goal this week, and not only did I hit it — I passed it! Feeling proud, motivated, and ready to keep going.

Next stop: 20 pounds down in the next two weeks! Let’s go!

This week I’m down another 1.4 pounds, bringing me to a total of 14.8 pounds lost so far!
It’s wild how much can change in just 10 weeks when you stay consistent and keep showing up for yourself.

Every little choice adds up — and I’m proud of how far I’ve come! On to week 11!
