Last February 5th, we mourned the fact that it has already been 10 years since Trayvon Martin celebrated his last birthday. We remember that he was only 17 and had so much life and love to give. We grieve the fact that in these past ten years, there’s been too many names of Black boys and girls whose future’s have been stolen at the hands of white supremacy and racial injustice.
As we continue to celebrate Black History Month, we’re proud to showcase the LALIFF award winning short, “In Case I’m Next.” Written & performed by Kae King, directed by Gabriela Ortega, and produced by Kenzo Le and Crimson Edge in partnership with BRON. This film is a Black woman’s gut-wrenching manifesto responding to decades of systemic attacks on Black lives in the name of law and order. It depicts the beauty, resiliency and vibrancy that continues to persevere in the Black community despite institutional oppression.

Hey Apples! 💙 We’re extremely excited about the release of our new single, “Break Your Heart Worse”, produced by yours truly! 😉 This song is really special to us because it's the first project that we’ve been able to solely produce as a band. For this song, we wanted to portray our dark and twisted take on a love story, and we had a lot of fun creating this darker narrative, as well as pairing it with a music video that really amplifies the “twisted love” concept. Also, we’d like to give a huge shout out to our amazing co-writers, Zach Rudulph and Wayne Williams, and to Crimson Edge for their amazing work with the music video!
