When Lex and Alex were looking for a venue to hold their summer wedding, they had a few musts. It was important that their guests could roam during the reception without feeling tied to one spot or table.

The separate bars and spaces, including an outdoor area on the rooftop of the Curtiss Hotel allowed the pair's guests to mingle as they pleased, whether to dance, eat or enjoy the views — all while still feeling part of the party. More from Alex and Lex's celebration in our story.

At Molly and Spencer's mountain-top wedding, every guest – including Spencer's 94-year-old grandmother – rode the chairlift at Holiday Valley up to the ceremony. On the way up, Molly was accompanied by her parents, but on the way down Spencer joined her to take in their first moments as newlyweds. That's pretty epic if you ask us. One look at Brandi and Chris and you'll find it hard to believe the pair went nearly two decades hearing about one another but never meeting. They finally met in April 2021 and were married at the Park Country Club of Buffalo in October of the same year.

The big day captured the essence of their whirlwind romance in their own version of a fairy tale. Roaring fireplaces and vintage-inspired hues took over the ambience, but what really made the day special was the outpour of support Brandi and Chris received when they asked guests to donate to two special charities – Buffalo City Missionand WNYHeroes.org – in lieu of a traditional wedding registry.

“We know that there are people out there that need way more resources than what is available,” says Brandi.
