The Director of Communications leads communications strategies, programs, and initiatives that share the HFJ story. The Director promotes our community-led grantmaking work; inspires values-aligned, meaningful giving; and encourages the broader field to learn about and adopt philanthropic practices that center HFJ’s values.

The salary range for the position is $84,000-$103,500. Applications will be accepted until March 5, 2023 at 5 p.m.
