Today, I’m talking to you straight from the heart. No hype. No BS. Just raw and real—as always—about the calling, the weight, and the gift of being a dad.

I’m not a perfect father. Far from it.
I’ve done some things right… but I’ve also made my fair share of mistakes. There are things I wish I could go back and do differently—and maybe you feel that too.

But here’s the good news, my brothers:
God’s not finished with you yet.

On this episode, I have a conversation with Katie Cousins. Katie is a professional soccer player who plays for NWSL and Icelandic Teams. She was a two-time All-American at the University of Tennessee, Gatorade Player of the Year, and part of the U20 Women’s World Cup Team.

Katie’s resume is pretty impressive, but to me the most impressive thing about her is her commitment to follow Christ even through major public ridicule and persecution.

We talk about her upbringing – where her work ethic came from – how she came to faith in Christ – spiritual influences – her soccer career – facing public ridicule/persecution for her faith – hoping to hunt reindeer in Iceland – and how polar bears randomly show up!
