As we head into the holiday season, I just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who’s been riding along this journey. The support, patience, and excitement around Mystik Creatures genuinely mean a lot.

There are big plans in motion for the coming year, and a lot of groundwork being laid right now to make those ideas a reality. More details will be shared when the time is right, but the momentum is real and the vision is strong.

It was in this moment of absolute fragmentation, when her mind was a shattered mirror reflecting eight different horrors, that the vultures returned.

The air shimmered at the edge of the clearing. The Viarose didn't pop into existence; they bled out of the shadows like ink in water. They didn't giggle this time. They didn't dance. They drifted out of the gloom like pale, luminescent moths, their violet eyes wide and unblinking.

They were drawn to the spiritual noise of her unraveling. They were scavengers of the soul, and she was a feast.

They circled her, silent witnesses at an ex*****on.

"She’s spilling," one whispered, its voice a soft, sympathetic hiss that sounded like tearing silk. "The cup is too small. The wine is too strong."

"She’s leaking," another agreed, hovering close to her ear, its light stinging her migraine-riddled eyes. "Can you feel the seams tearing? It hurts to be a seam. It hurts to be stitched together."

Mystik Creatures Weekly Update

Thank you all for an incredible launch week for The
Last Concordant. Your support means a lot, and I’m
glad the world of Mystik Creatures is finally starting to
open up through the story.

Now that the first few chapters are out, my focus is
shifting back to the TCG app full time. Work continues
on building out the core code and engine, and progress
is moving forward piece by piece. There’s still a lot
ahead, but everything is steadily coming together.

As always, thanks again for being part of this journey.
More updates are on the way.

Today is launch day for The Last Concordant! The first 5 chapters are officially live and ready to read! This story has been a huge part of the grind these last few months, and I’m excited to finally share the beginning of this world with everyone.

"Speak," Alarin commanded. "Or it will not let go."

"I vow," Serenya stammered, her heart hammering against her ribs as she felt a cool, invasive sensation spreading from her palm up her wrist. It felt like ice water flowing through her veins, seeking her heart. "I vow to learn without devouring."

The moss pulsed. A thread of green light spiraled up her forearm, diving beneath the skin, knitting itself into her pulse. It wasn't painful, but it was terrifyingly intimate. It felt like a second nervous system overlaying her own.

"I vow," she continued, her voice gaining a desperate strength, "to take what you teach me into the world without breaking it. I vow to ask my questions out loud before I let fear answer for me."

The sensation hit her chest—a heavy, settling weight, like a stone sinking into a pond.

"And I vow to leave when you say I must," she finished, looking straight into the Golem’s stone eyes. "So your sanctuary does not become my prison."

It’s launch week for The Last Concordant, and the grind has been unreal getting everything ready for the drop. The first 5 chapters go live on December 5th, and I’m excited for everyone to finally dive into the story.

I’ll be sharing a few last previews and moments throughout the week as we count down to release day. Thanks for all the support as this project comes to life, and as always, work on the TCG and app continues right alongside it. The momentum isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
