I feel stuck all the time.

"I don't know what to post."
"I don't know how to respond."
"I don't know how to balance my time."
"I don't know how to find new clients."
"I don't know how to run a business."

But if I were to pause every time I got stuck while waiting to figure out my next steps, I might still be working at my old job and never have started my own business.

When you're stuck, try making a to-do list, set a timer, and take action towards completing you're next task at hand. Clarity may come to you in the process.

YES! Within 12 hours of launching a business, the first paying client came in.

And while I’d love to take all the credit, a few key things came together to make it happen:

> We launched a service that was already in demand—a Mobile Bike Repair Shop.
>The business owner, Trevor Martin, has over 10 years of experience, so gathering reviews and testimonials was easy.
> Since our goal was to reach people locally, the first platforms we focused on were Google My Business and Nextdoor.

Within 12 hours of posting on Nextdoor… Trevor had his first paid client!

Did Trevor have experience starting a business?
No.
Had he ever used Nextdoor—personally or professionally?
No.
Did he have every single tool he might eventually need for every service call?
Also no.
But did that stop him?
Absolutely not.

The takeaway:
Just start. You can figure it out as you go.

I've found that when it comes to a friend reaching their goals I can think of a million reasons why they should just go for it. When it comes to me reaching my goals, I can think of million excuses why I can't start...
