✨🎉 2,000 Followers?! 🎉✨

When we started Witch Creek Corgis, we never imagined so many people would choose to follow along on this journey with us. 🥹

Whether you’re a puppy parent, on our waitlist, a fellow breeder, a friend, family member, or someone who simply enjoys watching cute corgi content pop up on your feed, THANK YOU. ❤️

Over the last year, you’ve celebrated our successes with us, supported us through the challenges, watched puppies grow, welcomed our babies into your homes, and cheered us on every step of the way. It truly means more than you’ll ever know.

Witch Creek Corgis is more than just breeding dogs, it’s become an incredible community of people who love these little dogs as much as we do. Seeing updates from our puppy families, watching our puppies grow up, and building friendships with so many of you has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us reach 2,000 followers. 🐾❤️

Here’s to more puppy updates, more puppy breath, more chaos, more memories, and many more corgis to love in the future. 🥂🐶

We appreciate every single one of you!

Since we don’t have a new litter to focus on right now, I’ve decided it’s time to give our dog room a major facelift! 😍

I’ve been shamelessly stealing inspiration from Nels Pomeranians and planning a complete makeover to better match the aesthetic of the rest of our home. Think:

✨ Fresh paint
✨ New flooring
✨ New kennels
✨ Better organization
✨ A prettier, more functional space for our dogs

Anyone who knows me knows I can’t leave anything alone! I always want to make it prettier! 😂 So the planning phase has officially begun, and I am way too excited about it.

Please keep my husband in your thoughts and prayers, because I already know I’m about to stress him out with all of my ideas, Pinterest screenshots, and “one more thing” requests. 🤣💀

I can’t wait to share the transformation with everyone and bring my vision to life! 🐾🏡✨

Before anyone asks, our dogs do not live in this room or in kennels all day. The dog room is simply their dedicated space for bedtime, feeding, grooming, and when we need a safe place for them while we’re busy. The dogs spend their days with us, playing outside, lounging around the house, supervising everything we do, and generally being spoiled rotten. 😉🐾

Unfortunately, we have some disappointing news to share. Ruby did not end up having puppies.

As many of you know, Ruby was due on Friday, and we had previously confirmed her pregnancy via ultrasound. We clearly saw what we believed were puppies, so this was completely unexpected for us.

After discussing everything with our vet, the most likely explanation is that Ruby absorbed her pregnancy. While this is something that can happen, it is actually a first for us.

Breeding can be humbling sometimes. We’ve had females not take due to male fertility issues last year but we’re successfully bred this year, & more recently we had River who never conceived at all, and now Ruby, who appears to have absorbed her pregnancy. Even after years of doing this, there are still things that happen that are completely out of our control.

The good news is that Ruby is healthy, happy, and doing great. ❤️

✨ Ruby is NOT FOR SALE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, she is beyond happy right where she is, at home with us!!✨

And honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better addition to our pack. Since Ruby joined our family, she has been the absolute perfect dog. She fit in flawlessly with every single one of our dogs from day one and has the sweetest, most easygoing temperament. She truly feels like she has always belonged here, and we are so thankful she found her way to us. We are even more excited to see what the future holds for her.

As of now, the plan is to breed both Ruby and Dahlia in October, which would hopefully give us December puppies. We will not have any puppies available after our current litters leave, Until our next expected litter with Stitch × Steve-O, with Stitch expected to come into season around August, putting puppies due around October. 🎃

While this wasn’t the outcome we were hoping for, we truly believe everything happens for a reason. Thank you all for your support, patience, and for loving our dogs as much as we do. 🐾❤️

If anyone has been wondering what our black tricolor babies from Steve-O might look like all grown up… here you go! 🤎🖤

Raven is practically Steve-O’s twin. 😍 The resemblance between these two is absolutely unreal! From their markings to their expressions, and even mannerisms, it’s like looking at a copy-and-paste version of dad.

One of my favorite things about watching puppies grow up is seeing how closely some of them resemble their parents, and Raven definitely inherited all of Steve-O’s good looks. 🐾

If you’ve been considering one of our black tricolor babies and wondering what they may look like as adults, here is an updated picture of Steve-o !

Can we take a second to appreciate how HANDSOME Steve-o is! 😍

Our little cows officially turned 8 weeks old today and what a bittersweet milestone it is. 🐮🐾

These babies have been such a fun litter to raise and it’s hard to believe the day has finally come for them to begin their next adventures. Several of our little cows have already started heading off with their families, and the rest will be leaving over the next few days. 💕
Tex leaves tomorrow & Zero leaves on Monday.

Watching them grow from tiny newborns into confident, playful puppies has been such a joy. We are so excited for all of the wonderful families welcoming these babies home and can’t wait to follow along as they grow. 🥰

And somehow, we still have one beautiful little ladies awaiting her perfect match:

We’re still accepting applications for these sweet girls as we search for the perfect pasture for them. 🐾

Thank you to everyone who has followed along with this litter and supported these babies from the very beginning. We can’t wait to see all the updates from their new homes! 🐾

Today we said goodbye to sweet little Stevie girl. 💙🐾

Stevie is a spitting image of her momma, Stitch, who holds such a special place in my heart. 🥹

Stitch was the very first dog we ever kept back for our program, so watching her become a mom and raise her very first litter has been incredibly special. And wow… she absolutely knocked it out of the park. ✨

This litter has been everything we could have hoped for and more! Beautiful, healthy, confident puppies with the sweetest personalities. Watching them grow these last 8 weeks has been such a joy, even if the goodbyes are never easy.

We’re beyond excited to see what Stitch and Steve-O create together in their next litter this fall. If it’s anything like this litter, we know it will be absolutely incredible. 🖤🐾
