This new build house by Langridge Homes gets 1⭐️. Issues went beyond the realms of normal Snagging externally, as we raised hazardous issues with the boundary wall and failing gutters due to incorrect detailing. Inside the snagging issues with this new build ranged from Unlevel floors to a wonky shower mixer. My first window removal and brick up project 🧱 This project has been on my mind since I demolished the old house extension in 2022. It’s been nagging at the back of my mind, like an impending visit to the dentist. Every time I would look at the window, it would remind me of the work ahead. So when it came to actually removing the window, it was a relief to get started. The truth is I had already removed the window 100s of times in my head before even picking up the drill. I knew the process would be simple and safe enough if I could ensure the acro and strong boy was installed correctly. My only worry when the project had started was how fast I could finish it. I needed to get it bricked up quickly so I could once again secure my home.
