So, at the suggestion of Findmywhy last year, I am sharing my supplies list in the hope it'll help others. I'll start the thread here and add each new item in the comments here. Happy reading.

I'm going to start off with my tent.
My original tent was a boot tent from Amazon, but 1st trip out, it leaked and ripped, so that was returned for a full refund.

My next tent purchase was the Decathlon Arpenaz Base for €120. I use this to the side of the SUV as a living/cooking space during the day.

Our camping designers designed this Arpenaz Base living room for 6 campers looking to extend their sheltered area & protect themselves from bad weather, insects

A nice few days away in Wexford. Stayed in Bannow Bay Seaside Farm Motorhome Park with Bernie in her AirBnB. Visited family in Ardmore first on the way to Wexford. Visited Johnstown Castle, Kilmore Quay, Tintern Abbey and the Dunbrody Famine Ship while there for the few days. Had dinner in Rathangan Bar the first night and then brunch in Lemon and Lime in Wellington Bridge, with dinner in Tír na nÓg the second night.

So, after having a right total knee replacement at the end of June, I'm itching to get away. Can't do my usual camping in my Dacia SUV so heading to Bannow Bay Seaside Farm Motorhome Park to Bernie in the Farmhouse Airbnb tomorrow for 2 nights. Looking forward to using it as as base and getting out exploring and having my meals cooked for me 🤣🙈🥰

Power cuts again here and I needed to straighten my hair, so glad a bought a camping hair straightener. Out to the car I went and made myself presentable 🤣😎🥰

Time to stitch back on the cover on the mattress after cutting it down. Watching TV, drinking wine and stitching the night away. Wild night in 🤣🤣🤣

So this is new the set up. Just need to put the mattress cover back on but I need to make adjustments as I cut the mattress. It's in 2 pieces for easy storage in the boot when I break everything down again. Cooking can be done indoor but if i get another tent I can set the kitchen up there. At night the kitchen stuff will have to be moved to move forward the toilet as the head space is too low in the back of the car to let it there. The cool box and leisure battery will fit behind the drivers seat without having to move the seat from current position and I am getting 2 boxes from Woodies with lids that'll fit under the camp bed for storage. Completely self contained!

When you have a planned power outage and your camping gear comes in useful. Monitor and laptop powered by leisure battery, water boiling in camping kettle for tea. What more could you need working from home 😁😁😁
