Scott’s morning harvest from our garden.

We’ve lost just as many crops as we’ve produced. Though we’re okay with that! It’s our first years attempt and we’ve learned so much just by trying.

Our eggplant is still going strong, we now have four of them at growth to about 6-7inches! They still have a bit more growin’ to do, so our fingers are crossed they make it.

Sunsets are the best in Arizona. After a hard day of working on our Off Grid property this is always a nice reward from the sky.

Our Off Grid garden is doing great. Although we’ve had some pesky predators, its been really cool seeing it all grow and harvesting a small lunch salad lately.

Built this wood burning Hot Tub using 170 gallon water trough, 50 feet of copper, and a campfire. 102 degrees of utter bliss.
