📍Larema Beverage Co. | Real-Life Karaoke Vibes Storytime 🎤🍕
The last time we rolled up to set up for Karaoke Vibes, it had just POURED down raining ☔️—and the inside? PACKED. Wall to wall. Elbow room only. The setup definitely doesn't magically appear (despite what it may seem), so I grabbed a coffee, took a seat, and waited. No stress. Just patience. 🙏🏽
It was already after 7PM… and Karaoke Vibes kicks off at 8PM. ⏰ But slowly, as folks finished their food and conversations, the space opened up. We moved equipment in piece by piece and got to work. Then—one of the regulars walked in and said, “Y’all cancel karaoke tonight?” 😂 We laughed. Of course not! It might’ve been more like, “Heck no!” (but with some ArtRob flavor). 😎
We got the essentials dialed in, sound check complete, and BOOM—8PM hit and the karaoke list was already filling up. 🎶 But you know what wasn’t full? My stomach. I hadn’t eaten all day. The kitchen was slammed and closing up soon, so I made a move…
Ran over to Tipsy Tomato 🍕, grabbed a pie, came back...and guess what? I wasn’t the only one hungry. 😅 So I called in ANOTHER ONE. Because when the vibes are good, sharing a slice is part of the magic.
Moral of the story? Everything isn’t always what it seems. Even when it’s chaotic, stay calm. Handle your business. And above all else—remember to eat.
