Early cosplay days I really wanted the perfect Ayashi no Ceres celestial robe. I dont think a lot of people know the love I had for this series. Ugh Yuu Watase was one of my favorite mangaka. I used a lot of different beading and wire techniques to make my straps floating. This is probably the closest thing I'll get to a sexy-no-jutsu cosplay lol.

Here is a lovely photo of my Lady Alcina Dimitrescu cosplay. I am extremely happy with it and only using my hoard of items to create this cosplay. I used basically all the white fabric i had in my sewing stash to create this costume.
The urge to cosplay this character with my son (1 of them as Ethan) is strong. Should I do it?

One of my many obsessions was Black Butler. Ive fallen out of it but I still want that pink dress. Eventually I'll buy it or make it. This was a casual cosplay put together by me.
I made the eye patch. I think that's it.

Tue choke hold that Death Note has on the world. Omg. It was truly and still is an amazing story. Lots of people still cosplay from it which is astounding. Here is one of my many versions of Misa Amane. I wore her a lot for many different event. Ive remade this dress I believe 2 or three times. I dont think I'll remake it anymore as the last one I was pretty proud of. There are still a few more Mosa cosplays I'd like to make. Eventually I'll do that..

Continuing onward with BLACK AND WHITE COSPLAY BECAUSE I HAVE SO MANY!! THWOMPETTE from legit loved the design so much that I had to when the whole Super Crown was a thing. I took a few creative liberties, but Thwompy was born.

Something that I should have not made for ANIME EXPO 2017 was Gentiana from Final Fantasy XV. Clearly another black and white costume but this is where I started to let go of perfectionism. It really allowed me to enjoy the crafting process and eventually I wore this cosplay again in London 2018? But the gold has now faded and I definitely would rather remake some parts with my embroidery machines since I have one now.
Gentiana was my love child to FFXV. I was like... OH MY GOD. WHO IS THAT? I LOVE HER. So I really wanted to make her outfit. (No spoilers here) everyone too busy being Cidney or Lunafreya while my eyes are on the goth chick lol.
eventually I really would like to fix this cosplay. But that might just be a fever dream as I hardly get any crafting time. I'LL FIND THOSE AWESOME LONDON PICTURES. THEYRE SOMEWHERE!

Staying on branding with both black and white cosplays and Bravely Default is Airy! I honestly was quite intrigued with this character and decided to throw this together very quickly. Nothing like strips of cloth around socks and gloves with a tube dress making for a simple cosplay. I don't think I would rewear this cosplay... not with my current mommy body. Lol. There's a bit more curves now.

I loved the s**t out of Bravely Default. By far one of the best DS games I ever played. I had to cosplay from it since there were so many fun outfits. This is the default outfit of Agnes Oblige. I got to use my natural hair for a change. I still own this cosplay too. So maybe I'll wear her again for an event.

I really thought I had more photos of this costume floating around the internet. Turns out I don't. Or do. I just don't know where they are.
Sticking on theme with my recent uploads is my Black Cat cosplay. I feel like I could make a better bodysuit now or maybe this one would fit me better now in my mommy mode.
I choose more of a classic Black Cat as thats the one I knew growing up. I could probably whip up a 'newer' version easily. ALSO ALSO... APPARENTLY I NEVER WORE THIS TO A CONVENTION OR EVENT? So I'll have to change that.

Ninja girls are cool right? I'm talking about the O.G. here. This is Ayame from Tenchu. A super old (well now old) Playstation 1 game. I fell in love with this game ages ago. Don't even ask me to try to explain it because it's ninjas and murder. What else do you want? I made this specifically for a competition but I had to leave for a family emergency. I don't think I ever wore Ayame again. Such a pity.

There aren't many characters that have the same name (kinda sorta) as me. I decided to fulfill my destiny and cosplay as Marisa Kirisame from Touhou Project. For anyone wondering this is the profile picture on my page. I actually gave away this cosplay a few years ago. There are a few other Marisa outfits I would like to create. I will eventually.

A is for Ahri. L is for loser. I mean league of legends. Lol. Its been a while since aive shared this cosplay. It's pretty old now (made in 2019). I think I'll make a new Ahri cosplay soon. Probably pick up that Spirit Blossom one. I gotta find all the pieces.
I saw this outfit and I wore it A LOT. It's officially retired as I don't have the tail and the gold parts have oxidized.

I really need to start posting more of my cosplays again. Starting off here is my wedding dress Catwoman. I made this with limited fabrics in my stash and was determined to not spend any extra money as we had just relocated from Los Angeles to Denmark that year. This dress is truly a wonder and makes me feel SO beautiful in it. Joelle Jones did a wonderful job at creating such an iconic wedding dress.

Thats a wrap for J-Pop day 1!! Thank you all who came and sorry for the lack of eyelashes for most of the time. Will definitely have them for tomorrow.

It was so nice to grace the stage of the J-Fashion show. I don't get to dress up often with the boys so I knew I had to take advantage of J-Popcon.
While I didnt make my fit. I do hope I have some decent photos on the main stage.

A classic anime is coming back to box set.. I still love cosplaying as Reira. I love her voice, clothing/style and princess-archtype. I made this dress back in 2011. I doubt I could fit it now but I would definitely add a petticoat and boning into the dress. Not to mention wearing a proper wig in the right color. I wonder if it's still in my parents' house. I'd probably get more flowers for the bottom too.
