Stargazer’s Crossbow Cider is a muscadine cider blend that embodies the spirit of Southern craftsmanship and seasonal flavor. Fresh, bronze and black muscadines are pressed and fermented into a beautifully aromatic wine, then artfully blended with cider made from North Carolina–grown heirloom apples.

The result is a unique fusion of muscadine’s signature sweetness balanced by the crisp character of traditional cider. A deep shade of fushia and slightly floral, Crossbow is a perfect pairing for roast poultry and holiday gatherings, or simply sip and savor the taste of the season.

Available starting Wednesday, November 5th in the tasting room — on tap and in bottles while supplies last.

Halloween is almost here and we’re celebrating Halloween and our 12 year anniversary on 10/31 in our taproom! We’ll be slinging our infamous spicy fire flights all day and have the Free Range DJ spinning 80’s vinyl starting at 8pm.

Fire Flights feature 6 ciders with local peppers from Smokin J’s Fiery Foods
1. Hopaleno: citra hops & jalapeños
2. Passive Pasilla: cocoa nibs & Mexican pasilla peppers
3. Lemon Drop: local honey, honeysuckle, & scotch bonnet peppers
4. Femme Fatalii: blueberries, cardamom & African fatalii peppers
5. Sidra del Diablo: vanilla & habanero
6. Scorpion King: just apples & scorpion peppers!

⚫ THE ORIGINAL: semi-dry apple blend; sweet start with a lightly-tart finish
⚫ THE PINK LADY: single variety cider; bright & mildly sweet - a light, tart finish
⚫ THE GRANNY: single variety cider; smooth start - tartness builds over a long finish
⚫ THE BLACKBERRY: lightly-sweet berry start - apple middle - a light, tart finish
