I’m like so filled with every emotion you can think of when it comes to stepping out on faith. Words can’t even express how overwhelmed I feel ! was born from the transition from another business and a love for fitness & wellness.

As I type I’m thinking back at all the times I had to boot strap and figure out how I was going to get my inventory , late nights talking to manufactures, and fighting all the negative thoughts in my head.

Y’all it was hard , but we are here now and I’m so so grateful. The support from my family, friends, Co-Workers, and all my people on social media “THANK YOU” no seriously “THANK YOU”. 🫶🏾🙏🏾🤎I don’t think yall know how much it means to me. I’m that strong friend that no one really checks on. GOD made me a giver and I’m always speaking life into people. This time y’all showed up for me. Appreciate that! 🫶🏾
