I have been hiking on and off for over 10 years, but I have been in the fitness industry for just shy of 17 years before I retired from in person training! I now have found my passion in leading outdoor hikes and events for women all over Tennessee, North Carolina and Virgina! I also have started a travel blog to document my past, current and future travel adventures I have been on! I have been to

over 20 National parks, over 40 US States, and just hit 6 International Countries! This may seem like a little for some, but it is a lot for me since I didn't truly start to travel until my mid 30s, as I have always worked and didn't ever consider it something I deserved. Now I prioritize my spending and limit certain luxuries of life like haircuts lol to save up to travel more! I am always looking for part time work as well to help supplement so I still offer my online training services! I may not do this forever, but for now it gives me passion and drive to continue to find my purpose in life!
